Know more about Christ
If you are like the millions of young people who have put their trust in a person, a leader, a belief, a religion, or a country, then at some point you will be disappointed. But when you put your trust in the True God who created you and prepared a glorious life for you, you will never return empty handed or dismayed.
Believing in God does not mean being religious. The True God does not call you to follow a religion, but to follow His one true path. You might be asking God, “Guide me to the straight path.” His answer to you is that He has already prepared a path for you through Jesus Christ. Please wait a minute. Don’t stop reading! This is not a call for you to leave your religion just to follow another one. This is a call for you to believe in a Person who can radically change your life.
Jesus Christ says about Himself in the Holy Bible, John 14:6,
“I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; no one comes to the Father except through me.”
He also says in John 6:35-39,
“Then Jesus declared, 'I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty. But as I told you, you have seen me and still you do not believe. All those the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away. For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me. And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all those he has given me, but raise them up at the last day. For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.'”
Jesus Christ calls out in Matthew 11:28-29,
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”
